1. Stabilizing The Financial Analytics Platform, Driving Any Upgrades/ Changes To The Platform (Technical And Functional).
2. Establishing Business Utility For The Platform Across All General Ledger Users By Driving User Interactions And Usage.
3. Developing End To End Understanding Of Other Reporting Tools And Creating A Differentiator For Each Within The Reporting And MIS Needs Of The Company.
4. Developing And Implementing An Analytics Framework Encompassing Strategy For Access And Usage Of The Reporting Tools For General Ledger.
5. Engagement With Business Partners Across AXP To Determine Key Areas Of Interest And Utilities That Can Be Driven Through The Platform. It Would Mean Creating A Pipeline For Business Facing Analytics For The Organization.
6. Application Of Project Management Discipline To Drive The Initiatives And Projects To Enhance The Current Analytics Through The Existing Reporting Tools While Working On New Areas Of Interest.
7. The Position Will Be Responsible To Deliver Best In Class Analytical Support Through The Most Appropriate Reporting Tools.

1. Working experience of development of reports and dashboards in OBIEE, preferably in Finance organization.
2. Experience In Implementing Oracle Reporting And Analytics Platforms.
3. High Proficiency In Ms Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Is A Requirement. Microsoft Access Proficiency Is A Plus.
4. Oracle Expertise Especially Across GL, Consolidations And Reporting Tools, Is Preferred.
5. Should Have Strong Understanding Of The Business Related To The Finance And Operations.
6. Strong Relationship Management Skills With A Proven Track Of Positively Collaborating, Influencing And Extensively Coordinating With Internal And External Partners.
7. Results-Driven With The Ability To Manage Multiple Priorities, Lead Change Initiatives And Motivate Others.
8. Demonstrated Analytics Experience With The Ability To Understand The Linkages Across Processes.
